The Aperol Spritz

Since sharing this cocktail in my blog post, The 5 Summer Cocktails You Need to Know, this has become my favorite summer drink.

Ingredients:

Aperol
Prosecco

Steps:

Fill a wine glass with ice
Pour equal parts Aperol and Prosecco into the glass
Stir gently for 15 seconds
Garnish with orange wedge
