Baked Salmon
I shared this recipe in a blog post about how I’ve upped my Omega-3 intake. This is the recipe I make every Monday night, and I eat the leftovers throughout the week. Simple and solid.

Ingredients:
Wild caught salmon
Kosher salt
Ground black pepper
Steps:
- Place salmon filets on a large cutting board and cut into slices
- Salt salmon 30 minutes before placing on grill or in oven
- Preheat grill or oven to 425º
- Lightly sprinkle salmon with black pepper and place on foil-lined tray
- Place on grill/oven at 425º for 8-12 minutes (until internal salmon temp is 145º)
- Remove from grill/oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving
- Top with butter if desired before serving
