Best Protein Smoothie

Thick, creamy, delicious, and protein-rich – this is my new go to smoothie to feel full on ~200 calories and supplement protein in my diet.

Active Time: 5 min

Ingredients:

1 cup skim milk
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
1/4 tsp 100% pure Stevia
1/32 tsp almond extract
1 scoop Molk chocolate protein powder
2 cups ice

Steps:

  1. Pour milk into NutriBullet (or similar blender)
  2. Add dry ingredients and almond extract
  3. Top with ice
  4. Blend for 45 seconds or until thick
  5. Drink up and enjoy!
