Dick’s Manhattan

Named after my late friend, Dick Crist, this is the best and simplest Manhattan cocktail recipe there is.

Ingredients:

2 oz Buffalo Trace bourbon
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Steps:

Pour ingredients into rocks glass (no ice)
Stir gently for 15-20 seconds
Pour drink into carafe and cover with plastic wrap or lid
Set in freezer for minimum 30 min
Pour into rocks glass and enjoy (ice optional, no garnish)
