Homemade Stevia Jello

Homemade jello can be a great snack to fill you up but keep calories low.

Ingredients:

2 cups of cold water
1/3 cup 100%, no added-sugar, fruit juice (I like Lakewood Organic Tart Cherry Blend)
1/4 tsp of 100% pure Stevia
4 tbsp of gelatin
2 cups of boiling water

Steps:

  1. Gently stir cold water, fruit juice, and stevia together
  2. Add gelatin and stir for 30 seconds
  3. Pour in hot water and continue to stir until gelatin is fully dissolved
  4. Pour in 8×8 pan and set in fridge for 3 or more hours
  5. Enjoy!
