The Moscow Mule

The Moscow Mule is a simple “buck” drink (i.e., made with ginger ale or ginger beer) that has never failed to serve as a universal cocktail at a gathering.

Ingredients:

2 oz vodka
1 oz lime juice
Ginger beer

Steps:

Fill copper mule mug (or rocks glass) with crushed ice
Pour vodka and lime juice into mug and stir briefly
Add ginger beer to top and stir gently
Garnish with lime wedge
