The Negroni

When the weather turns each spring, I switch from straight bourbon and Manhattans to the classic Negroni.

Ingredients:

1 oz gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth

Steps:

Pour ingredients into a rocks glass with a large ice cube
Stir for 30 seconds until chilled
Garnish with an orange peel (optional)
